1. Check whether the power supply of the controller is normal and whether the 220V / 110V AC voltage is stable.

2. Check whether the reference value of the controller is lowered.

Deactivator/Activator  The main function is to charge and demagnetize composite magnetic strips of various specifications. The specific operations are as follows:

First, turn on the machine and turn on the switch. The switch indicator will light up and the machine is in standby state.

Activator

1. Turn the deactivator / activator change-over switch to the activator position, the magnetization indicator lights up and the machine is in the activator standby state.

2. Place the magnetic strip or the object to be activated in the center of the panel and slide forward against the surface in the direction indicated by the arrow. When the object blocks the infrared tube in the middle of the panel, the indicator light at the upper left of the panel will be on and trigger the machine to start magnetization.

 Deactivator

1. Turn the deactivator / activator change-over switch to the deactivator position, the deactivator indicator lights up and the machine is in the deactivator standby state.

2. Just like the magnetization work, place the magnetic strip or the object to be deactivated in the center of the panel and slide forward against the surface in the direction indicated by the arrow. When the object blocks the infrared tube in the middle of the panel, the indicator light on the upper left of the panel will light up and trigger the machine to start the deactivator work.

Precautions for use:

1. In order to ensure the stable operation of the machine, the power supply must be well grounded and have stable voltage. At the same time, keep away from the computer to avoid interference

2. When the infrared tube in the middle of the panel is not blocked, the machine is always in standby mode, that is, power saving mode.

3. When there are many deactivator / activator items at one time, the magnetic strip deactivator / activator can be successfully deactivated only after repeated operations.

4. Turn off the machine switch when the equipment is not used to prolong the service life of the equipment.
