1. Degaussing scale
One of the key indicators to measure the acousto-magnetic decoder is the effective degaussing scale of the decoder, which is usually indicated as a solid degaussing interval between the acousto-magnetic soft tag interval and the limit on the surface of the degaussing device. Judging from the convenience of practical use, this degaussing scale should cover the entire working surface of the decoder and can coordinate the various positions of the soft label. Generally, the limit degaussing interval of soft labels shall not be less than 10cm. For some decoders, according to the degaussing prompt signal announced, the limit degaussing interval is still relatively large. However, the acousto-magnetic soft tag has not been completely degaussed and is still active. It must be carried out at a height closer to the degaussing device. Degauss the second time. Therefore, when we evaluate the degaussing scale of the acousto-magnetic decoder, we must pay attention to a reliable degaussing scale, and should not be confused by the so-called extreme degaussing height.
2. Degaussing efficiency
It is usually measured by the number of reliable demagnetizations per minute. The degaussing speed is an indicator of the length of time that the decoder is continuously charged to full and completely discharged. It determines the ability of the acousto-magnetic decoder to successively degauss. The degaussing speed is slow, which affects the cashier's cashing efficiency. Some decoders seem to be faster, but they cannot be degaussed reliably and need to be degaussed repeatedly, which actually affects the efficiency of the cashier's work.
